Our Philosophy
We look forward to welcoming you into our home – we are hopeful that you will you enjoy the Tuwanek Retreat as much as we have. As the Tuwanek Retreat is opening in 2016 we are very keen to hear feedback, good or bad. If something isn’t quite right for you during your stay please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss; if you had an amazing stay please tell us and others!
Wishes without Borders
For every stay greater than three nights, we will buy a toy and donate on your behalf for the Wishes Without Borders Annual Toy Drive. This event is very near and dear to our families hearts and tries to make Christmas a bit better for sick kids that are staying in hospital over the Christmas period. Please note that we do not get a tax receipt for this and we cannot provide one to our guests. For more information please watch this Global BC clip.
Always improving
Every year we will survey our guests on what improvements they would like to see made to improve their stay. Your opinion is very important to us and we hope that we can help make a place that you decide to come to year after year, and that grows and changes with you.
